Privacy Policy
This policy covers the DoodlePulse website (doodlepulsepublisher.com) and DoodlePulse Publisher, the internal tool that uploads DoodlePulse videos to DoodlePulse's own social media accounts. "We" means DoodlePulse. Contact: doodlepulsepublisher@gmail.com.
1. Who uses DoodlePulse Publisher
Only the DoodlePulse team uses DoodlePulse Publisher, and only with DoodlePulse's own accounts. It does not offer sign-in to the public and does not post on anyone else's behalf.
2. What data the tool accesses
- Google / YouTube (YouTube API Services): permission to upload videos, captions and thumbnails to the DoodlePulse YouTube channel, and to read that channel's basic details (name and ID) to confirm the upload target.
- TikTok: permission to upload videos (as drafts or posts) to the DoodlePulse TikTok account and to read the post status.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): permission to publish Reels to the DoodlePulse Facebook Page and the DoodlePulse Instagram professional account, and to read the IDs of that Page and account.
The tool does not read, collect or store data about viewers, followers, commenters or any other people.
3. How we store it
The access tokens that the platforms issue are stored only on the DoodlePulse team's own computer, in a private configuration file that is never published or shared. We keep the platform's response for each upload (the post ID and link) so the tool does not post the same video twice.
4. How we use it
We use these permissions only to upload DoodlePulse's own videos, captions and descriptions after a person approves each video, and to check that the upload worked. We do not sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Google API Services
DoodlePulse Publisher's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. DoodlePulse Publisher uses the YouTube API Services; by using them, DoodlePulse agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data that Google processes.
6. How to remove access and delete data
- Google / YouTube: remove "DoodlePulse Publisher" at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- TikTok: remove the app in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
- Facebook and Instagram: remove the app in Facebook Settings → Business integrations or Apps and websites.
To ask us to delete any data we hold, email doodlepulsepublisher@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion". We delete stored tokens and upload records within 30 days and confirm by email.
7. This website
This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations. The page fonts load from Google Fonts.
8. Children
The website and the tool do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date.
